A randomized, phase III trial for patients with locally advanced, lymph node positive breast cancer who undergo chemotherapy neoadjuvantly (up front) and are randomized to axillary dissection versus no axillary dissection at the time of surgery.

Regional Radiotherapy in Biomarker Low Risk Node Positive Breast Cancer

Women with node positive breast cancer normally will receive endocrine therapy and some may receive chemotherapy to help prevent the cancer from coming back.
