Molly Ann Finger is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 13 years of clinical oncology experience who will be working alongside our physicians to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing Radiation treatment.

Molly’s journey into oncology nursing was fueled by her personal health battle as a young adult. This experience provided a unique perspective that has served as the foundation of her approach to nursing.

She completed her Bachelor of Nursing Science (BSN) degree at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and started as an inpatient nurse caring for pediatric hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients. Over the course of 6 years, Molly held various leadership positions including nurse manager and clinical nurse educator.

Molly then completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Upon graduation, Molly worked at the Moffitt Cancer Center caring for patients with Sarcoma and Cutaneous malignancies for over 4 years. Her desire to continue learning led her to pursue her current position in Radiation Oncology. Molly’s research interests include therapeutic communication in patients with life- threatening illnesses, Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) oncology patients and survivors, and palliative and supportive care of oncology patients.
